JTC bolsters non-executive team

JTC has appointed Kate Beauchamp as an independent non-executive director and member of the board of audit and risk, nomination and remuneration committees.

Beauchamp is a qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in both private and commercial practice and in the provision of corporate and legal advisory services in both the UK and USA.

In addition to her executive role, Beauchamp will act as an independent consultant on good governance and board effectiveness to private and public companies, and has lectured on property, trusts and equity (UK) law.

Commenting on Beauchamp’s appointment, Mike Liston OBE, non-executive chairman of JTC PLC, says: “Kate’s particular strengths in the areas of corporate governance and law, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and commercial litigation will complement the skills of the existing board members and we look forward to working with her.”

Kate Beauchamp comments: “Having built my career around managing risk, protecting assets and advocating for good corporate governance, it is a privilege to be joining JTC, an exemplar amongst global professional services firms.

“I very much look forward to working with my new board colleagues to support JTC’s unique culture, commitment to excellence and sustainable growth ambitions.”
